Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Double-check your order before placing it to avoid any hassles.


Size/Colour Changes:

Please email us at wecare@flowersnsaints.com for size or colour changes before your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.


Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.


Returns and Exchanges:

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange by emailing us at wecare@flowersnsaints.com. After 14 days, we will not offer returns or exchanges.


Returns:

  • Returns are for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
  • Note for AU Customers: A $20 AUD customs fee may apply when returning items.

Damages and Issues:

Report defects or wrong items immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Refundable/Final Sale Merchandise:

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully.


Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • Package Tracking: You can check your package tracking [here].
  • Report Missing Packages: Report missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation.
  • Liability: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided was correct.
