Please review your order carefully before placing it to avoid any issues or delays. By completing your purchase at flowersandsaints.com.au, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Size or Colour Changes

If you need to change the size or colour of an item, please email wecare@flowersandsaints.com.au before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled, changes can’t be made.

Order Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing wecare@flowersandsaints.com.au. Requests lodged after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refund Method

All approved returns are issued as Flowers & Saints e-gift cards. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide cash or card refunds.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.

  • At this time, we do not accept returns from the EU.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for an e-gift card and place a new order once your return has been processed.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Collaboration pieces

  • Limited edition drops

  • Discounted items marked FINAL SALE

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Orders placed before the start of a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at wecare@flowersandsaints.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Please report any missing packages within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Flowers & Saints is not liable for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy.
